The details you send us in the enquiry form or by email, or tell us by phone: your name, email, phone number, details of your planned journey (from, to, dates, number of travellers) and the content of your message.
If we arrange a service for you, we also process the data necessary to book it.

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer and arrange the services you order. The legal basis is taking steps towards a contract and performing it (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
We keep accounting and tax records to meet our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
Who we share data with
The enquiry form sends your message to our mailbox through a form delivery service provider.
If we arrange a service for you, we pass the necessary details to its suppliers, such as an airline, a hotel or a car park operator.
